I searched high and low for an online meeting platform that would let us work with people and organizations all over the planet without technology getting in the way. Zoom emerged as the clear winner, thanks to its streamlined user interface and extensive feature set. I switched to Zoom in 2013 and have never looked back.

There are two key components to my Zoom Training and Consulting offerings:

• Design – I place a strong emphasis on designing online events that are engaging and emphasize a strong human connection, even when participants are thousands of miles apart. I’m happy to work with you to help deliver online offerings that are memorable and impactful.

• Training — I’m exceptionally well-versed in Zoom's feature set. I can help you get up and running and support you as you navigate Zoom's extensive capabilities, including innovative features such as Breakout Rooms. You and your team will receive the training that you need to deliver online Zoom sessions with confidence.

Please note that I don’t provide ad-hoc technical support or meeting facilitation services. Instead, I focus on giving you everything you need to deliver these sessions with ease and confidence.

My Extensive (and Growing) Portfolio

I’ve helped people and organizations all over the world make the transition from in-person to virtual events. My clients cover a broad range of industries and use cases. Examples include:

• Conferences – I’ve worked with organizations hosting multi-track conferences with over 500 attendees. I helped them make creative use of Zoom to foster an engaging environment and provide in-depth training to meeting hosts and co-hosts.

• Professional Training – Some of my clients provide training that is required for professional certifications. I’ve helped them create virtual classroom experiences that are engaging and rewarding and deliver a high standard of education.

• University Associations – Some aspects of university life are conducted virtually. I’ve helped university groups build a strong sense of camaraderie by making full use of Zoom.

• Workshops – In addition to hosting many of my own workshops over the years, I’ve worked with coaches, consultants, and facilitators to create engaging virtual workshops. The design and training of these Zoom workshops emphasize a balance between small-group sharing and large-group interactions.

• Yoga and Meditation – I’m a seasoned yoga and meditation teacher who has taught hundreds of classes and workshops (both in-person and virtually) since receiving my certification in 1999. I’ve supported numerous yoga teachers and yoga centres in transitioning to virtual classes, workshops, and yoga/meditation teacher training programs.
